When do you deliver?

We ONLY deliver Monday to Friday. The other days we are tending to our plants, potting, painting, and generally getting our ducks in a row! 

Where do you deliver?

Our potted plants are delivered personally. We therefore ONLY deliver to Newcastle (Australia) and ONLY within 10klm of the CBD by road. We cannot post. We cannot package for freight, and we do not send bare rooted. 
It may be possible for you to collect from our shed at a mutually convenient time, just call us to discuss. We are also stocked at several local boutiques, so you should check them out if you are outside our delivery area (see ABOUT US page).
What is the cut-off time for me to place my order?
It is easier all around if you do not leave your order until the last minute. If you have just realized you need a gift for today then.....
Monday to Friday: Same day delivery is guaranteed on orders placed before 11am EXCEPT for Valentines Day gift packs - cutoff is 5PM on 13 February 2018
Same day delivery may be possible on orders placed after this time, but it is not guaranteed. Please call us to ask if an order can be facilitated today.
Deliveries to residential addresses usually occur between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
Can I request a gift tag for my order?
YES we do gift tags. Just tell us what you want as your message, either in the notes to seller, or email us directly. We will take care of the rest
Can I request a specific delivery time (eg. morning or afternoon) for my order?
Yes, for most orders you are able to request a morning or afternoon delivery during normal business hours. Please notify your preference for either AM or PM delivery when placing your order. If a delivery should not be made after a certain time (for example, if the recipient is leaving hospital), please either provide an alternative delivery address within the same delivery area.
Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we regularly deliver to the hospital. Plants cannot however be delivered to Intensive Care Wards and Units. Please check with the hospital, before ordering your delivery.
Will additional charges ever apply to my order?
Charges in addition to handling (already included in the price on our website) and service fees may apply to some orders. If an order has to be re-delivered due to (for example) the recipient not being at delivery address or the wrong delivery details, an additional charge will be incurred. Please Note: In the event of additional charges applying, we will contact the purchasing customer to notify them of any changes to their purchase price.
